Frameless Cabinet Specifications

Base Cabinets

Base Cabinets are 34 1/2" high,
Cabinet depths are 24" (including door thickness 24 7/8) and 23" deep(inside).
Cabinet backs are recessed 1/2" for scribe allowance.(Corner cabinets have 3/4" back)
Widths range from 6" to 48".
Doors are mounted with "European style" 6 way adjustable hinges,
Doors have an 1/8" reveal on all sides of the door.
This allows the door clearance when opening.
Draw boxes are 5/8" solid hard maple, dovetail corners.

Wall Cabinets

Wall Cabinet depths shall be 12" (including door thickness 12 7/8), and 11" deep (inside).
Cabinet backs are recessed 1/2" for scribe allowance.(Corner cabinets have 3/4" back)
Wall cabinets are available in various heights.
Widths range from 6" to 48".
Doors are mounted with "European style" 6 way adjustable hinges.
Doors have an 1/8" reveal on all sides of the door.
This allows the door clearance when opening.

Tall Cabinets

Tall Cabinet depths are: 12",15",18",21"and 24" (Add 7/8" to depth to include door thickness.
Doors are mounted with an 1/8" reveal on all sides of the door.
This allows the door clearance when opening.
Cabinet backs are recessed 1/2" for scribe allowance.(Corner cabinets have 3/4" back)
Widths can range from 6" to 48".
Heights can range from 48" to 96" (96" high tall cabinets have seperate toe kick base)
Doors are mounted with "European style" 6 way adjustable hinges.
Roll-out Draw boxes are 5/8" solid hard maple, dovetail corners.

Architectural Specifications

All major components are rigidly joined by dowels, biscuits, and glue.
Sides are 3/4" veneer core white birch plywood. Exposed ends have matching wood veneer.
Front edges are banded with a wood banding to match the exterior finish.

Floors & Ceilings are 3/4" veneer core white birch plywood.
The floors and ceilings are joined to the sides with dowels, biscuits, and glue.
Finished interiors are white hardwood birch veneer.
Front edges are banded with a wood banding to match the exterior wood finish.

Backs are 1/4" birch hardwood veneer plywood.
The back is dadoed into the cabinet sides and secured with a 3/4" thick X 3" wide hanging rail, steel pins and glue.
Backs are recessed 1/2" for scribe.(Corner cabinets have 3/4" back)

Draw Boxes

Drawer Box sides, front, and back are 5/8" solid wood with a dovetailed joint at all four corners.
The bottoms are 1/4" birch veneer dadoed into front backs and sides and secured with steel pins.
Bottoms are recessed 1/2". The drawer boxes have a natural finish.

Draw Slides

Drawer Slides are the undermount system.(others are available)
These slides are under mounted to achieve a wider, more spacious drawer box.
Dynamic load capacity is 100 lbs. at maximum extension. An automatic closing feature is also included.
A lifetime guarantee is offered by the slide manufacturer. Full extension undermount slides are available.
Undermount slides have a lever to remove draw boxes easily.

Cabinet Interiors

Cabinet interiors are birch hardwood veneer with a natural finish.
A finished interior is a cherry, maple, oak, or pine hardwood veneer finished to match the exterior.

Shelves

Shelves are 3/4" birch hardwood veneer plywood. Adjustable in 1 1/4" (32 mm) increments via metal peg.
Base cabinetry shelves are 50% of the depth of cabinet.
Wall and Tall cabinetry shelves are 1" smaller than cabinet depth.
Front edges are banded with white birch wood edging.

Toe Kicks

Toe Kick is 4 1/2" high and 3" deep 3/4" thick hardwood veneer plywood in cherry, maple, oak or pine.
Finished toe returns at each finished end.
